Swami Ramdev has dedicated his life to studying ancient Indian texts, dated as early as 3000 B.C., and in doing so has rediscovered a body of knowledge that until recently has largely been ignored. His goal is to teach what he has learned to a contemporary society in a form that all individuals may benefit from, regardless of religion, class, or socioeconomics.  His firm belief is that “good health is the birth right of all human beings.”

Mental and physical health continues to deteriorate across the world. Poor lifestyles decisions, including lack of exercise, poor nutrition, and addictions have paved the path for the epidemic of obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease among others. Swami Ramdev explains these difficulties can be managed by practicing yoga and meditation. The art of yoga is detailed in Vedas (Indian scriptu res). Swami ji has learned this art and perfected this into simple daily routine. During this camp Swami Ji will teach and describe the techniques of ‘Pranayama’ and yoga exercises.
